To increase the size of your travel group or request extra days of planning, log into your ViaHero account. Under My Trips, select the trip order you'd like to edit, and on the Trip Details page, you will see an Edit Trip link to the right of the traveler information. Once you make the changes, you'll be taken through the checkout to pay for any balance incurred.
If you'd like to reduce your planning days after your request, or make any other change to your order, please contact support@viahero.com and we will help make the change and process any refund if necessary.
