Typically, travelers start the planning process with Heroes between three and six weeks prior to departure, but the duration and pacing of the planning process is entirely up to you.
Depending on the specifics, a Hero can plan a trip in as little as a week. If a traveler prefers to start three or even 6 months in advance of their departure, that is also fine.
Heroes will work at whatever pace is preferable to you and make sure everything is finalized with plenty of time before your departure. Travelers are encouraged to tell Heroes when they would like to have things wrapped up and Heroes do their absolute best to ensure the process is completed by the requested date.
