Heroes will assist with all bookings and reservations, but for your security and convenience, Heroes never take credit card or other sensitive payment information to complete a booking for the traveler.
For restaurant reservations, and any other bookings that don't require up-front payment, Heroes can make the arrangement on behalf of the traveler if the traveler prefers, or if there is no way to book online.
For arrangements that can't be booked online or don't require payment in advance (some taxi and guiding services in certain countries), Heroes can arrange and reserve a booking for you to pay for when you arrive.
For bookings that can be made ahead of time online, Heroes will combine local knowledge and research to find the best options and send booking links to the traveler for them to consider, allowing travelers to make the booking in as few steps possible, while ensuring security.
