For trips departing in under 7 days there is a rush request fee of an additional $6/day (Basic) or $8/day (Premium). We are unable to process new trip requests that are departing within 48 hours. 


If you'd like to move forward, here's what's next:


Please submit a support ticket (at bottom of this page) with the following information:

  1. Your travel dates
  2. If you would like a Premium or Basic Guidebook (view plans here). When calculating your costs, please keep in mind the rush fee mentioned above. 
  3. How many travelers are in your group 
  4. Any additional travel information to assist in expediting your request. 


Once confirmed by our support team, you will receive an email with Heroes who are available to expedite a trip plan. If you'd like to move forward with a rush request you will simply, choose the Hero you like, and go through the regular checkout process- please leave the departure date field blank on the checkout page when you submit the request. 


Once the checkout is complete, you'll get a confirmation email with a link to a survey/form where you can enter your departure date without restrictions. This survey/form will also give the Hero all the info they need to keep things moving along quickly. Once the Hero accepts the request, they will get in touch with you asap to discuss further. 


You'll receive an invoice for the rush request fee after you book.
