Often a Hero that is available on the site may decline a trip request due to lack of availability during your specific travel dates. If your Hero has declined your trip request, you will be sent an email with a direct link to the Heroes that fit your original travel criteria.


From there, you can choose a new Hero and all of your order information will be transferred. 


If by some strange chance your 2nd Hero also declines your request, our support manager will step in immediately to assist in matching you with the best available Hero for your travel dates.
