Most Heroes already have many years of successful experience planning trips before joining the site, and this experience deepens as they receive requests and work with new travelers.
To get a sense of a Hero's experience and past performance, we display ratings and reviews on Hero profiles. We do not filter reviews—they are posted automatically by travelers after returning from a trip.
We are successful only when our travelers are happy with their experience. That’s why we’re focused on making sure that our Heroes provide the best possible trip planning service, tailored to each traveler’s unique requirements. Heroes don’t favor certain hotels, tour guides, or other services—their goal is to make sure that they are working in your interest since good reviews lead to more requests.
